Our Client:

Our Client, a fast growing Organization- is a one-stop business outsourcing partner helping companies around the world increase their business efficiency and profitability. Over the last decade, the company has developed over 300 RPA’s (Robotic Process Automations) which have helped businesses across sectors improve customer experience, enhance productivity and save costs.


Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives in the organization by driving proactive improvement projects across various business functions, using Process engineering methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Re-Engineering, automation, business transformation.


Job Accountabilities:

  1. Lead and create a culture of continuous improvement across the Organization, Initaite programs that challenge status quo and champion change across departments to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development.
  2. Define and execute a technology lead transformation roadmap, define, and implement strategic initiatives to ensure continued success in deployment of process excellence practices.
  3. Manage and execute multiple improvement projects throughout the organization, driving measurable cost-efficiency, service level improvements.
  4. Identify and execute automation projects using RPA, AI/ML and other technological capabilities needed to design/re-design or improve process and propose solutions.
  5. Liaising with key stakeholders, to analyse and identify key business drivers and work with the senior Leadership team to prioritise, before implementing agreed improved initiatives.
  6. Responsible for the management and development of the continuous improvement teams, ensuring that they are trained, capable and motivated to deliver results.
  7. Ensure that governance and supporting processes are established and suitable to ensure delivery as per the Organization’s needs.

Candidate Requirement:


  1. Preferred to be BE/BTech with MBA
  2. 15+ Years of experience in process excellence from BPO/ ITES industry, using process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Process automation solution)
  3. Black Belt certification preferred.
  4. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and great communication skills.
  5. Proven success leading business improvement projects.
  6. Knowledge of core operations management concepts such as Six Sigma, Transactional Lean, Total Quality Management, innovation & problem solving.
