So, what’s the role all about?

Acting as the central hub for procurement, overseeing tactical and operational tasks globally, and providing daily support to both internal and external stakeholders

How will you make an impact?

Execute, monitor, and facilitate daily procurement processes such as creating purchase orders and onboarding new vendorsSupervise procurement automations to ensure smooth operationsAssist procurement team members with tactical and technical tasksSupport organization employees with basic procurement process inquiriesAct as the central interface, knowledge hub, and gatekeeper for procurement matters Deliver timely and efficient responses and serviceNegotiate and manage tactical engagements effectivelyEngage in daily interactions with vendorsCoordinate and collaborate with various functions within the organizationUtilize multiple computerized systems for work efficiencyServe as a global backup resource when needed

Have you got what it takes? 

2 – 4 years of experience as a procurement/supply chain agent in a high-tech environmentExceptional team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in English with an excellent level of clarity and comprehensionDemonstrates a strong service orientation and commitmentApproachable with a "can do" attitude, resourcefulness, and creativityDetail-oriented, organized, and consistently meets deadlinesCapable of multitasking and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPossesses negotiation skills and is a quick learnerFlexible availability, including working hours aligned with the US time zoneExperienced with office software and familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
