    4. Identify, analyze, and respond to API security threats and vulnerabilities. Implement mitigation strategies to protect against API-related security risks.

    5. Develop, document, and enforce API security governance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for API security.

    6. Utilize and manage security and deployment tools including 42 Crunch, Qualys, Nexus IQ, Sonar, Jenkins, AWS ECR (Elastic Container Registry), and AWS security tools (GuardDuty, Inspector). Ensure these tools are effectively integrated into the development and deployment pipeline to maintain high security standards.

    7. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure security measures are implemented effectively.

    8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in API security. Continuously improve security measures and practices based on the evolving threat landscape.

    9. Participate in incident response activities related to API security breaches. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

    10. Maintain detailed documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports. Generate regular reports on the state of API security, including metrics on vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.
