YOUR IMPACT 

The global AWM Regulatory Management team acts as the key partner for the AWM business for regulatory matters. The team manages the regulatory strategy and roadmap for the AWM business providing coverage on global regulations and policies landscape. The team is responsible for reviewing the regulatory horizon, analyse upcoming regulations, assess impact to the business products, activities, investors/consumers and ensure a control framework is in place to ensure compliance. 

Our team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with stakeholders across the Reg Management Team and AWM. The role will present an opportunity to implement organizational strategy, financial management, and provide global leadership support to operate efficiently and successfully.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Provide Insight to Management and Leadership Team on critical people related priorities, objectives and development progress  Coordinate with HCM business partners on talent strategy and people development  Facilitate the agenda setting and pace of management meetings, driving structure, content and timely execution of follow ups  Business Review, Governance and planning: Schedule and coordinate business review and governance meetings enabling leadership and stakeholder dialogue and triaging of key organization issues  Responsible for annual business planning coordination and budget tracking throughout the year Engage with leadership team on org design considerations and impact analysts  Partner with stakeholders in other divisions, functional teams, and organizational leadership to help execute and project manage Reg initiatives  Manage various aspects of org communication (weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting) Facilitate the planning and material creation for stakeholder discussions, firmwide engagements/presentations and divisional management meetings 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

3-5 or more years experience in a business management or executive role  Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments  Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.  Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.  Experience working in a global environment across an organization  Excellent communication skills both written and oral Ability to diagnose and resolve business problems efficiently, effectively and collaboratively  Ability to work closely with senior level team members and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities and measure strategic projects
