Job Description :Project Support:o Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and Maintain detailed online/Offline MPP file and present weekly reports based on actual efforts with detailed WBSo Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to project management standards and Contribute to the identification and implementation of project management tools and systems.Communication and Reporting:o Responsible to connect with all stakeholders, get data, compile and prepare periodic Handle tasks of preparing adhoc reports based on Project Management office, customer requirements. Update, upload data in project specific trackers/ Assist in the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project data and Facilitate regular project status meetings and ensure effective communication (MOM) among project Contribute to the development of project communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.Process Improvement:o Support the Project quality assurance processes, Quality Gates and audits both internal and customer Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management methodologies and Identify opportunities for streamlining project management activities and enhancing Assist in documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned from projects.Resource Management:o Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements and allocate resources Assist in monitoring resource capacity and demand across Support the coordination of resource onboarding and offboarding Contribute to resource utilization tracking and reporting.
