About thejob
Keyresponsibilities:
Onboard and run coverage of Institutional Investors like InsuranceCompanies Banks Pension Funds Cooperative banks and Realestatefunds etc.
Primarily for debt capital market opportunities to invest in NBFCsBanks Mutual Funds Alternative Investment Funds and Venture DebtFunds among other categories ofinvestors.
Liaise and help structure financial products for the issuerunderstand endtoend business models of issuers act as a facilitatorand close the deal end toend.
Drivelegal negotiation/documentation with funding counterpartiesalongside counsel along with the execution and structuringteam
Run themarketing process for individual deals on the platform and moreholistically for the company from a capital market perspective bycreating issuer/investor artefacts engaging in webinarsetc
Manageexisting and potential investor relationships to increase activityon theplatform
Partner crossfunctionally with our Product Legal and Risk teams todesign products specific to situations understand the Creditprofile of clients to pitch bespoke deals to investors close dealsand optimise tactics as they relate to capitalmarkets.
Requirements
Possess 3 10 years of relevant experience in business developmentpartnership management and other relevantexperience.
We are looking for candidates with expertise in managingrelationships in Debt CapitalMarkets.
Bebrilliant with numbers analyzing financial statements interpretingdata and solvingproblems.
Has a strong context of building and managing businessrelationships is comfortable across various levels of anorganisation (CXOs toanalysts)
Bethe bridge between the issuers and internal teams to drive the dealclosures.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working acrossteams.
