We are seeking a BI Sales Analyst, located in New Delhi, India.  

How you will make a difference @ FARO  

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and sales analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our revenue processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI reports, optimizing report performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support sales and revenue operations. Utilize Power Query, Power BI Dataflows, and DAX to create efficient and optimized data models. Ensure BI report performance and optimization for quick and accurate data retrieval.

Sales Analytics:

Understand and apply principles of sales analytics and processes to provide actionable insights. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine sales performance metrics and KPIs.

System & Data Management:

Maintain and update data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Optionally, utilize Power BI Datamart for advanced data management and analysis. Integrate and manage data from Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions. Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Efficiency & Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to report development processes and efficiency. Ensure self-discipline and direction, operating independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  This position requires  

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Dataflows, and DAX. Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other collaboration tools. Strong understanding of sales analytics and revenue processes. Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Power BI capabilities. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstration of strong collaboration and communication skills, both oral and written, in fluent English. Ability to work in a hybrid mode (minimum of 2 days in the office and remaining days from home)
