Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding new talent. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in human resources and recruitment. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruiting process while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and assist in the interview process.
  • Help organize and participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Participate in special projects related to recruitment and HR initiatives as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.


Requirements
