JobSummary: As a Site Supervisor (Interior) you will beresponsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities relatedto interior construction and renovation projects at various sitesin Coimbatore. You will ensure that projects are completed withinbudget on time and to the highest qualitystandards.


Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Coordinateand supervise all aspects of interior construction and renovationprojects including planning scheduling andexecution.
  • Overseesite personnel including subcontractors and laborers to ensurecompliance with project requirements and safetyregulations.
  • Conductregular inspections to monitor progress quality of work andadherence tospecifications.
  • Maintainaccurate project documentation including daily logs progressreports and materialrecords.
  • Communicateeffectively with clients contractors and internal teams to addressany issues or concernspromptly.
  • Manageproject budgets and resources efficiently to minimize costs andmaximizeprofitability.
  • Ensurethat all work is completed in accordance with building codesregulations and industrystandards.
  • Implementand enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environmentfor all personnel onsite.

EssentialQualifications:

  • Diplomaor bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management ora relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interiorconstructionindustry.
  • Soundknowledge of construction methods materials and techniquesparticularly in interior finishingworks.
  • Strongleadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to motivateand manage a diverseteam.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with stakeholders at alllevels.
  • Proficiencyin project management software and MS Officeapplications.
