Job Responsibilities
Monthly/ quarterly reporting
Preparation of MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This includes,
forecasts/budgets, actuals of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Analytical review of the MIS reports with logical explanation
Data collation to prepare the MIS reports
Ensuring on time report consolidation at PA APAC
Throughout the month data analysis and feedback to management on forecast and actual
achievements
Consolidating the risk and opportunity for the business and its mitigation
Support India finance operation on ICD and audit compliance
Ensure that all controlling and reporting activities comply with ICD requirements as well as
with IMI accounting guidelines.
Contribute to the design of process, coordination and development of interfaces between
operations, tenders and business for reporting, audit and compliance related aspect of
tenders/ projects/ operations
Work as a collaborator with other teams (PM, sales, operations, HR, finance etc.) to ensure
requisite data collection and analysis
Accountabilities
Quality of Cognos and other management reports and completeness of analysis in variation of
KPIs
Consistency between Forecast/ Budget and Actual data for KPIs
Measurement
Metrics measuring variation between Forecast/ Budget and Actuals for KPIs
