TheRole:
The Project Lead forFashion ERP at AIMS360 is a crucial role that involves spearheadingthe development of our software. You will lead the charge indesigning coding and deploying specialized features that meet thespecific needs of the fashionindustry.

KeyResponsibilities:


  • Guidethe entire software development life cycle (SDLC) for our fashionERP software maintaining best practices and ensuring highqualityoutput.
  • Liaise with product managers andstakeholders to convert complex business requirements intoactionable technical specifications and engagingfeatures.
  • Design scalable and maintainablesystems ensuring they align with the unique workflows of thefashion industry.
  • Lead mentor and build a teamof software engineers in an environment that prizes innovationcollaboration and professional growth.
  • Conductrigorous code reviews manage source control using Git and GitHuband safeguard the quality of thecodebase.
  • Optimize system performance to managelargescale transactions and intricate data processing tasksefficiently.
  • Stay informed on the latest trendsand technologies in both the fashion and tech landscapesintegrating such advancements into our ERPsystem.
  • Work in tandem with QA teams to ensurethe consistent delivery of reliable and topqualitysoftware.
  • Oversee project timelines resourceallocation and risk management to ensure the timely rollout ofupdates and new features.
  • Provide toptiertechnical support swiftly resolving issues to ensure clientsatisfaction and systemreliability.

MinimumQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • At least 7 years of professionalexperience in ERP systems or comparable enterprise softwaredevelopment.
  • Strong expertise in WPF C# ReactJSON APIs Azure Functions Azure Apps Azure Static Web Apps and .NETframework for developing enterpriseapplications.
  • Solid experience with MicrosoftAzure cloud services including deployment management andoptimization of applications.
  • Proficient withGit and GitHub for version control and collaborative softwaredevelopment.
  • Demonstrated leadership inmanaging complex software projects from conception todeployment.
  • Indepth understanding of softwarearchitecture and design principles.
  • Practicalexperience with agile project management and scrum teamleadership.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Mastersdegree in Computer Science or a similardiscipline.
  • Specific experience with thedevelopment or management of fashion ERPsystems.
  • Indepth knowledge of cloud computingservices particularly Microsoft Azure along with SaaSmodels.
  • Strong problemsolving skills andanalytical mindset.
  • Excellent leadershipcapabilities with superb communicationskills.
