Your tasks andresponsibilities:

Understand Sales Financing needs & develop strategy with KPIs to address needs of India Market, while ensuring alignment with Treasury Financing Services HQ approach – develop, implement, and drive strategy on Sales Finance Advisory (in line with HQ’s approach)to support the Siemens Healthineers business in the Country. Responsible to drive & develop the Country’s sales finance solutions / programs: By collaborating with Country’s different internal stakeholders (such as Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Accounting Management, as well as Treasury Leads) By leading negotiations with Financing Institutes (Equipment Financing Verticals) and working with different stakeholders in those Organizations By balancing risks and rewards and adhering to applicable Directives. Actively support the “Access to Care” initiative for Sales Finance Advisory topics in Country together with the Project Lead.

·Responsible for governance for Sales Finance Advisory andprovide guidance to the Country’s Finance and Sales communities while ensuringthat all Sales Finance Advisory processes are operating effectively and incompliance with internal/external regulations.

Define and implement a Financing Institution strategy incl. nurturing relationships especially at Senior Levels and stay updated on financial market developments Takes care of books and records aspects in Sales Financing Solutions , which includes an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System. You will adopt and promote digitalization of Sales Finance Advisory.

Your qualifications andexperiences:

You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent. You have at least 12-15 years Sales Finance Advisory experience in either a MNC or Bank in the Region.

You possess broad and in-depth knowledge of Structured Financing incl. Leasing Strong Business Acumen and ability to connect with big picture Understanding of Siemens Healthineers business will be advantage Ability to build partnerships with financing institutions Solution oriented mindset Result focused and ability to execute complex structures You are well organized with strong decision-making ability and communication skills in dealing with Banks/ Lessors, and internal stakeholders (including at Management Level). You are pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment and able to inspire others. Working Location: Bangalore
