This role is critical for conducting detailedportfolio reviews acquiring new clients and supporting businessplanning efforts. KeyResponsibilities:

Conductportfolio reviews for large relationships in collaboration withRelationship Managers (RMs). Present portfolio details to clientsexplaining their investments and offering insights.

Assist in acquiring new clients by preparing InvestmentProposals and presenting them to prospects ensuring allrequirements are addressed.

Contribute tobusiness planning efforts working with RMs on monthly and quarterlyactivities.

Serve as a bridge between theProduct & Research teams facilitating product and researchcommunications across the organization.

Key Challenges:

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategicinitiatives and improve business performance.

Engage and educate the sales team on offeringcomprehensive solutions to wealth customers beyond investmentproducts such as Mutual Funds PMS and AIF.

Influence sales teams without direct reporting lines byleveraging domain expertise and strong interpersonalskills.

Key ResultAreas:

Achieve targetedprofitability and fee income by identifying crosssellingopportunities and deepening client engagement.

Support skill enhancement initiatives for the team bycoordinating with the HR department on product and customerengagement training.

Ensure compliance andadherence to policies in the sale of Mutual Funds PMS and AIFensuring smooth transaction processing.

Presentregular performance dashboards to regional and zonal heads trackingbusiness progress.

Internal& External Relationships:

Collaborate with the Head of Product & ResearchZonal Head and Relationship Managers on business developmentinitiatives product training and client engagement.

Engage with clients and channel partners to identifymarket opportunities and provide necessary training toRMs.

Qualifications &Skills:

Strong background inwealth management and investment products.

Proven ability to manage and influence crossfunctionalteams.

Excellent communication and presentationskills.

Strong analytical and business planningcapabilities.
