Qualifications and Skills


  • Diploma or BE in relevant field
  • HSC certification in safety management
  • Specialization in oil & gas safety and Petrochemicals
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry best practices


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide HSE guidance and support to project teams and contractors
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures
  • Conduct HSE training sessions for employees and contractors
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
