PDC Supervisor

• The ProductDistribution Centers (PDC) daytoday operations are under thesupervision of the PDC Supervisor.
  
• Thisentails managing employees making sure that goods are handledstored and distributed effectively keeping a safe workplace andaccomplishing operational objectives.
  
• ThePDC Supervisor will collaborate closely with many teams to improveproductivity optimize the supply chain process and guarantee thatstrict safety and service standards arefulfilled.
  

RequirementsSupervisionofOperations:

• Superviseand lead a team of warehouse staff including pickers packers andmaterialhandlers.
  
• Ensuresmooth and efficient daytoday operations in the PDC managing theinbound and outbound logisticsprocesses.
  

InventoryManagement:

• Overseeinventory accuracy manage stock levels and coordinate replenishmentto ensure products are available asneeded.
  
• Performregular stock audits and resolve anydiscrepancies.
  

LogisticsCoordination:

• Coordinatethe receipt storage and distribution of products ensuring timelyprocessing and shipment tocustomers.
  
• Ensurethat all orders are picked packed and shipped according to companystandards anddeadlines.
  

StaffTraining andDevelopment:

• Trainand onboard new staff members on warehouse processes safetyprotocols and operationalstandards.
  
• Provideongoing coaching guidance and performance feedback to improveproductivity and quality ofwork.
  

Safety&Compliance:

• Enforcehealth safety and environmental policies and practices in thePDC.
  
• Ensurecompliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesrelated to warehouseoperations.
  
• Conductsafety audits and resolve any safety hazards orconcerns.
  

ReportingandDocumentation:

• Maintainaccurate records of daily operations inventory movements and anyincidents.
  
• Generateand review reports related to distribution performance inventorystatus and orderfulfillment.
  

ProcessImprovement:

• Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance operationalefficiency reduce costs and improve servicelevels.
  
• Workclosely with the Operations Manager to develop and refine workflowsand systems within thePDC.
