Overallresponsibility of all functions and activities related to Accountsdepartment of Sarsa and Bordi plant

PrimaryResponsibilities:

1.Responsible tocomplete statutory Accounting cycle till finalizing financialstatements

2.Responsible forfinalization of annual accounts

3.Responsible forcompliance of Tax Audit Transfer Pricing Audit VAT Audit GST Auditand annual return fillings before statutory date.

4.Providingassessment details to consultant for timely completion ofAssessment under DT andIDT

5.Guidingmonitoring managing & controlling of Accounts Departmentactivities.

6.Getting theaccounts audit (Plant) and taxation department properly CoordinatedCooperated and solving differences of opinion on accountingtreatment or taxation decisions between departmental assistantmanagers. Managing his team effectively and trained them for nextrole.

7.Review ofAccounts payable and coordination with concern department forCreditorsOutstanding.

8.Champion for SAPB1 thereby ensuring all the parameters are in accordance with therequirements and up todate.

9.Responsible forcirculating periodical MIS to respective stake holders for Accountsreceivables accounts payables GL BRS Direct Tax compliance andIndirect Taxcompliance.

10.Responsible forMonitoring and Controlling of DOA (Delegation Of Authority) foraccounting and taxationactivites.

11.Responsible ofsupervising of Export and domestic billingreviewing account receivables andperiodicalreconciliation.

12.Responsible offiling all statutory returns & liasoning with statutoryauthority with respect to Direct and Indirecttaxes.

13.Responsible forSAP accounting GL Setup SAP period monitoring and other mastersetup ifany.

14.Supervising ofindividual subordinate s functions &performance.

15.Liasoning with statutory and internalAuditors to get the audit done in time and implement theirsuggestions and remarks.

SecondaryResponsibilities:

1.Cocoordinatingwith other departments for smooth working ofdepartment.

2.Advise onaccounting matters to other department s process for costcontrolling.

3.Subordinatedevelopment & career planning ofsubordinates.

4.Support in SAPimplementation andtraining.

5.Improvisingusage of SAP functionality and participate in Company s strategicproject.
