Responsibilities:
Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets forhome loans and LAP.
Lead and manage a team of salesexecutives providing guidance training and support asneeded.
Set individual and team sales targets andmonitor performance against goals.
Identify new businessopportunities and develop relationships with potential clientsincluding individuals real estate agents and builders.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loanclosure ensuring a smooth and efficient customerexperience.
Stay uptodate on market trends competitoractivities and regulatory changes affecting the mortgageindustry.
Collaborate with internal departmentsincluding credit operations and marketing to optimize salesprocesses and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain ahigh level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards andregulatory requirements at all times.
Prepare regularreports on sales performance market trends and business developmentactivities for senior management.
Continuously evaluateand improve sales strategies techniques and processes to maximizeproductivity and profitability.
Requirements:
Indepthknowledge of home loans LAP products and the mortgageindustry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability tomotivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdrivenenvironment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MicrosoftOffice Suite.
Must be resultsoriented strategic andcustomerfocused.
Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications or licenses may be required (e.g. NMLSlicense).
