The position
As an Associate/PowerApps Developer in Business Support team, Global Legal GBS, Bangalore, you will help develop mobile/web applications and maintain existing Applications already built. Your individual contribution to the team will be critical in driving the upscaling of digital solutions using PowerApps & Power automate within Global Legal in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, you will ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to the front office in Headquarters, Denmark. Apart from this, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Providing Business Solutions using PowerApps & Power automate with SharePoint & SQL/Dataverse.
- Enhance and optimize existing solutions with the aim of 100% automation and superior user satisfaction.
- Co-develop new innovative solutions for the Legal community using latest technologies and perform rigorous detailed analysis, resolution of issues and data quality check.
- Prepare test cases and execute the test cases and also ensure the quality of the solutions provided to the stakeholders and adhere to the project plan.
- Ensure to keep the stakeholders updated on the project and assist in user acceptance test, troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Conduct documentation on technical specification, user guidelines and provide end-user trainings and also drive innovative initiatives across projects and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerApps (Canvas and model driven) & Power Automate with SharePoint & SQL/Dataverse.
- Experience in creating new ‘Solutions’ in PowerApps.
- Experience in developing Power automate flows with JSON scripts and connecting with multiple MS office applications.
- Solid experience covering specification, design, development, and implementation of PowerApps applications.
- Good knowledge on Data security and section access models.
- Strong User experience skills and able to provide right advice to the business.
- Good experience with application management and support processes.
- PowerApps Certification is a plus.

Global Legal - Global Business Services (GL-GBS) at Bangalore was established in 2011 and supports the Global legal organization across International Operations, North America Operations and Headquarters. The unit is anchored under Global Legal Operations and responsible for delivering efficient offshoring legal services in high quality. Examples include end-to-end contract management, trademark portfolio management, promotional materials review, export controls screenings, system/process management, data management, and digitalization.
