Job Description: Executive – Products

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Sell Projects: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the Sales Pool through effective cross-sell strategies. Destination Presentations: Create compelling destination presentations with speed and accuracy to support sales and marketing efforts. Product Enhancements: Work closely with internal teams to propose and implement product improvements. Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Asia News, M&E page, and LinkedIn. Marketing Support: Assist in the development of case studies and website content to aid the marketing team’s initiatives. Liaison Role: Serve as the bridge between the Meetings & Events (M&E) team and Tourism Boards, covering visa guidance, sales pitches, value adds, road shows, FAM trips, and buyer-seller opportunities. Training Execution: Organize and deliver training sessions linked to Tourism Boards and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) as needed.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners. Creativity: Ability to generate and implement new ideas for promoting destinations. Passion for Research: Enthusiastic about researching and proposing new destination ideas. Social Media Proficiency: Skilled in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms. Team Spirit: A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
