Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Training Programs: Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on lab exercises, focusing on .Net, C#, and Azure basics. Update training content to reflect the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct instructor-led training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to a diverse audience, including developers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders. Utilize various training methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training delivery and materials. Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, helping them apply their new skills in real-world scenarios. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical solutions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Training Manager and other departments to identify training needs and objectives. Participate in curriculum planning and development meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously update personal knowledge and skills by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in .Net Framework: In-depth knowledge of the .Net framework, including .Net Core and .Net 5+. Experience with web development using ASP.Net MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Advanced C# Programming: Strong expertise in C# programming language and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Experience with asynchronous programming, LINQ, and design patterns. Azure Cloud Services: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
