Responsibilities:

ThePrincipal Business Analyst SAP Production Planning and ProductLifecycle Management is responsible for production support workingwith the global IT team for softwarespecific design and realizationas well as testing deployment and support in the SAP S/4 PP and PLMmodule areas. This includes designing end to end process solutionswriting RICEF documents working with developers configuring S/4 PPand PLM functionality as needed unit testing working with businessusers for user acceptance testing performing cutover tasksidentifying master data and ongoing process impacts and supportingShipERP shipping functionality within SAP. Identifying integrationpoints and working with other SAP Functional and Technical teammembers to ensure solution success is a criticalresponsibility.

KeyExperienceRequirements:
6 years functional experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) andProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) module configuring solutions inSAP.
Experience with Product Costing ispreferred.
Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) ispreferred.
Experience with SAP Quality Management is aplus.
Functional experience with delivery and shipping processes.Experience with ShipERP small package carrier integration is aplus.
Functional experience with integration with Sales and Distribution(SD) and Financial Accounting(FI)
Experienced with Available to Promise (ATP) with an understandingof the integration between Sales and Distribution (SD) andProduction Planning(PP).
Understanding of Materials Requirement Planning and its use inproductionplanning.
Experience in a full cycle global SAP implementation or SAP systemupgrade following a waterfall or agilemethodology.
Experience in understanding and gathering Business rules Businessrequirements and end usercases.
The candidate must be able to design processes and subprocesses andto think through the implications of those designs takingintegration with Sales and Distribution (SD) Production Planning(PP) and Financial Accounting (FI) into account. Also must be ableto provide cross functional flow diagrams depicting the integratedprocess.
Create functional requirements within a RICEF (Reports InterfacesConversion Enhancement and Form) document and work collaborativelywith a developer to deliver an effectivesolution.
Must be detail oriented selfdirected and have strong independentproblemsolvingskills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate closely withothers to accomplish business objectives in a fastpacedenvironment.
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to beflexible andcreative.
Ability to prioritize and manage user requests through a ticketsystem isrequired.
Strong oral and written communicationskills.
Bachelor s degreerequired.
