Job Title : Java Tech Lead

Location : Remote

Position : Full Time

Required Experience : 10+ Years.

Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Responsibilities

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities):

Lead a team of developers in the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions using Java, Angular, and MySQL. Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and performant solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall technical roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements and deliverables. Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development. Take ownership of technical initiatives, lead technical discussions, and make informed decisions on technology selection and architecture. Perform hands-on coding and troubleshooting as needed to support the team and deliver project milestones. Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java, Angular, MySQL, and related technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Enterprise Java, Angular, and MySQL. Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and related technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
