JobResponsibilities:
The CEE Maintenance Data andServices Engineering (MDSE) team is responsible for developmentvalidation distribution/sales and customer support of allmaintenance procedures and common standard practices and operatingprocedures (SPOPs) needed to fully maintain and overhaul an engineand its major components both onwing and in a shopenvironment.
The Publication Life Cycle Management (PLCM)team within MDSE is responsible for the intake and management ofengineering change requests (CRs) product assurance to ensurecompliance performance metrics for CR processing firsttime qualityacceptance and nonconformance trending and managing supplierrelationships.
The Intake role within PLCM will beresponsible for change management coordination of enginemaintenance data. The candidate will be a focal for receivingresearching assigning and tracking publication changes to closurefor scheduled technical publication revisions.
Candidatewill work with source data providers to ensure the timelyprocessing and delivery of technical publication changes that meetprogram level requirements for engine certification engine entryinto service and sustainment activities for various Pratt &Whitney engine programs.


KeyResponsibilities:
Receive review and approveincoming engineering source data to determine engine manualimpact.
Coordinate assignment and scheduling of incomingwork with program leads.
Input assignments and createmanual change requests for tracking and scheduling ofworkload.
Work with program leads on program specificissues priorities and workload. Work to reduce roadblockspreventing tasks from being incorporated within a given revisioncycle.
Support program leads with program specific datarequirements to ensure proper support of airframers airlinecustomers and overhaul shops as it pertains to maintenance datarequirements.
Collaborate with MDSE colleagues toidentify and implement process enhancements that support ourbusiness objectives.
Create reports to present changerequests status and support discussions on corrective actions forlate deliveries.
Interface with the source data providersas it pertains to maintenance data requirements.
Updateand run periodic and adhoc reports for the PLCM team.
Update and maintain work instructions and standard work as businessprocesses improve and evolve.
BasicQualifications:
Bachelors degree inMechanical/Aviation/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
Aminimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support/engineeringmaintenance/project management role
Experience withMicrosoft Excel including use of pivot tables and similaranalytical tools
Experience implementing continuousimprovement strategies and CORE methodology
Selfmotivatedselfreliant and capable of independent work
Excellentcommunication skills (clear and concise in written and verbalcommunications)


PreferredQualifications:
Experience with businessprocess management
Demonstrated success with tracking andscheduling of work assignments
Demonstrated success inmanaging projects suppliers and deadlines
Demonstratedability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Abilityto shift focus and priorities on short notice to support evolvingbusiness needs
Able to think logically and analyticallyin a problem solving environment
Able to work well in ateam environment and communicate effectively across teams
Able to report out on task completion and seamlessly hand overincomplete tasks to other team members
Ability tomaintain organized and accurate worklog of ongoing tasks
Possess knowledge and understanding of technical publicationrequirements as it pertains to FAA/TCCA regulatory requirements andindustry specifications
Understanding of S1000Dspecification XML tracking and scheduling of work assignment andhighly organized
Familiarity with aircraft enginehardware and overhaul maintenance
Familiarity with SQLand Database concepts
Willing to travel to both foreignand domestic (5%travel)
