Requirements

Weare seeking a skilled and experienced ForgeRock IAMSpecialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in theIdentity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The successfulcandidate will have handson expertise in implementing ForgeRocktechnologies particularly OpenIDM and OpenAM to deliver robustidentity management solutions. This role requires deep technicalskills strong problemsolving capabilities and the ability to designimplement and support IAM solutions that meet high availabilitysecurity and integrationrequirements.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Identityand Access Management (IAM)Implementation:

    • Leadthe implementation of at least two IAM engagements fromrequirements gathering to deployment and support ensuringcomprehensive identity lifecyclemanagement.
    • Collaborate with clientsand internal teams to design and deliver secure IAM solutions basedon businessneeds.

  2. ForgeRockInstallation andConfiguration:

    • Installconfigure and manage ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenAM products in highavailability mode.
    • Ensure seamlessintegration of applications with ForgeRock OpenAM for Single SignOn(SSO) session management coarsegrain authorization and passwordmanagementsolutions.

  3. AdvancedForgeRockFeatures:

    • Developadvanced ForgeRock OpenAM features including authentication chainscustom postauthentication plugins (PAP) custom authenticationmodules and login screens.
    • Implementadaptive access management and stepup authentication to meetspecific securityrequirements.

  4. PartnerIntegration forSSO:

    • Integratepartners from different domains to achieve SSO using industrystandards such as SAML OAuth and WSFederation on the ForgeRockOpenAMplatform.

  5. SystemIntegration with ForgeRockOpenIDM:

    • IntegrateForgeRock OpenIDM with various target systems including LDAP(OpenDJ Active Directory) databases CSV files applications withREST APIs and cloudbasedapplications.

  6. CustomWorkflowDevelopment:

    • Developand deploy custom workflows using the BPMN engine in ForgeRockOpenIDM to support complex IAMscenarios.

  7. SolutionArchitecture:

    • Architectsolutions for identity lifecycle management access requestworkflows SSO federation and adaptive access management usingForgeRock products.
    • Provide guidanceon IAM best practices including secure integration and custom IAMworkflows.

  8. TechnicalExpertise:

    • Proficientin scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript for developingcustom IAM solutions.
    • Experiencewith key technologies such as LDAP SSL RDBMS andLinux.
    • Strong understanding ofweb/application servers (IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss Apache) andtheir integration withForgeRock.

  9. Development& Custom IAMIntegrations:

    • Leadhandson development tasks including sizing estimations and deliveryof custom IAM integrations tailored to clientrequirements.

  10. Documentation& SDLCProcesses:

    • Createcomprehensive documentation and presentations to articulate IAMsolutions architecture and project status tostakeholders.
    • Adhere to softwaredevelopment life cycle (SDLC) processes and ensure compliance withAgilemethodologies.

  11. Training& Proof of Concept (PoC)Initiatives:

    • Plancreate and deliver advanced IAM training sessions for teams andclients.
    • Independently drive proofof concept (PoC) initiatives involving emerging IAM technologies toevaluate their potential impact on thebusiness.

  12. Communication&Collaboration:

    • Ensureexcellent communication with clients team members andcrossfunctional teams to facilitate seamless IAM projectdelivery.
    • Provide clear technicaldocumentation and maintain transparent communication regardingproject progress andsolutions.
PreferredSkills:

  • Certifications:

    • Certificationsin IAM technologies (e.g. ForgeRockcertification).
    • PMP (ProjectManagement Professional) or CISSP (Certified Information SystemsSecurity Professional)certification.
    • Exposure to othersecurity domains andtechnologies.

  • ProcessFrameworks:

    • Experiencewith process frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL Agile andDevOps for effective IAMimplementations.

  • SoftSkills:

    • Strongverbal and written communication skills to interact with clientsstakeholders and technicalteams.
    • Advanced documentation andpresentation skills for conveying technical solutions and projectdetails.
Qualification:
  • Education:
    • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology orrelated field (B.Tech M.TechMS).
    • MBA is an addedadvantage.
