The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

The Impact You’ll Make

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

What You Will Do

- Work withing GOPs mfg. team to determine automation & analytics opportunities around inventory planning forecasting , execution & governance.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data to identify trends and exceptions.

- Build & maintain detailed analytics on inventory performance, exceptions, inventory levers & other governance parameters using tools like SQL, Python, PowerBI

- Track trends & build actionable insights

- Work closely with cross functional teams to drive improvement projects as per identified opportunities.

- Collaborate with IT to implement new tools & data insights,

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-4 years and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations Management Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in inventory management Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle,). Proficient in data analysis tools advance excel, SQL, Python , PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-4 years and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations Management

APICS CSCP or CPIM Certification will be an added advantage 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL , Python , PowerBI)

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
