JobRequirement:

  • Acts as aliaison between client area and technical organization by planningconducting and directing the analysis of complex business problemsto be solved with automatedsystems.

  • Engage stakeholders and partnersassociated with the function

  • Collaborateand consult with Product Managers Analysts and DeliveryLeads

  • Backlog prioritization based onOKRs and Roadmap priorities.

  • Guide agiledevelopment teams towards maturity use of metrics and increasedefficiency.

  • Conduct market researchand market resultsoriented analysis for major products andservices.

  • Review and analyzecomplex major product lines andservices.

  • Liaise with line ofbusiness partners technology teams and the application vendor todocument and troubleshoot production supportissues.

  • Lead or participate in providingtechnology initiatives for simple to moderately complex businessproblems within technology businesssystems

  • Contribute to the development ofsystems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet therelevant business requirements

  • Evaluatemoderately complex business operational or technical challengesthat require an indepth evaluation of planning and directionconducted to resolve complex businessproblems

  • Collaborate and consult withbusiness and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues inorder to provide technological solutions and manage both projectschedules and deliverables

  • Coordinatecommunication and information flow between business and technologyteams

  • Provides technical assistance inidentifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures thatare cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with usergroups to provide training resolve questions assess user needs andrecommend changes. Prepares specifications for systemchanges.

  • Provide Loan Accounting productionsupport which includes working with operations users technology andLoan Accounting vendor to resolveissues.

  • Provides testing support forvendor upgrades enhancements and productionfixes.

  • Provide direction and/or guidanceto less experienced staff

  • Backlogprioritization based on OKRs and Roadmappriorities.

  • Guide agile developmentteams towards maturity use of metrics and increasedefficiency.

  • Conduct market researchand market resultsoriented analysis for major products andservices.

  • Review and analyzecomplex major product lines andservices.

Requiredqualifications skills &competencies

  • Bachelorsdegree with 10 years of experience in Commercial Lending/Syndicatedlending domain.

  • Domain & BusinessAnalysis

  • 48 years Loan IQ and CommercialLending experience

  • Demonstrated experiencewith implementations of commercial lending applications such asLoan IQ etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledgeof the Agency Syndications & Loan Trading business in a frontoffice Operations or Business Systems Consultingrole.

  • Sound knowledge and background ofSyndication Loan Origination and Servicingactivities

  • Experience in migratingloans from any application to LoanIQ

  • Process &Tools

  • Experience working in Agilemethodology with ability to elicit requirements user storiesdocument processes and create testcases.

  • Experience with Testing and DefectTracking software such as ALM orJIRA.

  • Experience in attending Scrumceremonies like Daily Scrum Sprint planning Sprint retrospectivemeetings.

  • Technology

  • Technicalknowledge of the Loan IQ and demonstrated Loan IQ (vendor) datamodel knowledge and applicationexperience.

  • Proven SQL skills.Advanced SQL skills with the ability to understand and developcomplex SQL

  • Familiar with usage andapplication of Loan IQ API set

  • Demonstrated thought leadershipand have experience engaging with senior leaders andmanagers.

  • Ability to operateindependently under stricttimelines.

  • Excellent analyticalproblem solving and troubleshootingskills
