Financial:
Driving Site Reviewsand Budgeting
Facilitate smooth payouts to thecontractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as perneed basis
Operational:
Devise the sequence ofvarious activities to be conducted on site in coordination with keystakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
Oversee alloperational activities(MEP Civil Planning etc.) on site areprogressing line with the established project timelines
Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawingsare brought in as per the schedule
Review the drawingsin joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee anyrisks and highlight the same
Analyze the demands formaterials requirements on site and provide the necessary approvalsfor their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts andBudgeting team
Coordinate with the Facilities andHandover team during the snagging process to handover the site
Ensure the scope of responsibility for different snagissues is established and rectified by the projects team

People:
Drive the trainings schedule andensure that the same for all PMCs/contractors on site are dulyconducted
Defines and sets work objectives for teammembers
Balances work allocation in team
Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regularperformance reviews
Completes performance appraisals ofteam
Carries out team building & engagementactivities

Process Adherence &Improvement:
Ensure that all quality and safetycompliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs andguidelines
Identifies processes/procedures in own workarea that need improvement
Functional:
IndepthUnderstanding of design aspects : Reviews different drawings withan eye for detail to identify risks in Architectural Structural& MEP such as workfront availability ahead of time& mitigates them
Contracting Strategy Governance& Administration : Develops the optimum contractingstrategy with right structure of packages to award above scope ofdifferent contractors in a timely manner
Cost &Billing management : Ability to understand the financial aspect ofthe project
Technical knowledge of all services/structure engineering deployed on site
Quality Focus :Develops a culture of that emphasizes on quality first at projectsite while maintaining progress and safety
Adherence tosafety and regulatory norms
