  • Ensure that the technical environment isproperly maintained and that any problems are rectified.
  • Ensures proper deployment of new architecturein accordance with practices and standards.
  • Ensures proper resolution of problems that have beenescalated. Identify performance issues and drives the developmentof tools to correct.
  • Leads cross functionalteams to design IT infrastructure architecture.
  • Mentor less experienced team members.
  • Provides technical expertise in crossfunction
  • IT Infrastructure Infrastructure Reliability EngineeringAn allrounder infrastructure operation engineer with SRE mentalityable to isolate the trigger of global infrastructure risks andoutages and drive for restoration which require rapid communicationand collaborations with multiple product teams such as but notlimited to; network server storage and load balancer.
  • Analytical skills to translate the input fromobservability such as tools and telemetry to understand the stateand risk within the complex infrastructure Seeking for candidatespassionate for extensive operation works and comfortable to do arapid interteam communication and under pressure.
  • You would need to comply to the SLA (service levelagreement) standards and communicate to customer (e.g: businessuser application team) on the work progress.
  • This job is a great opportunity to develop your end toend service reliability and improvement awareness as you would beinvolved in analysis/troubleshooting restoration root causeanalysis and preventative fix.

What youll do As an Advisor
  • you will be the primarysupport person for clients Infrastructure and to work well withcross functional teams; You will
  • Be requiredto observe to the telemetry system and pointed out risk and noisein the environment
  • Response to incidentbridge request and get involve in 24*7 oncall rotations.
  • Resolve or drive the direction of theinfrastructure remediation and provide update to stakeholders
  • Integrates trends data and information intoplans and recommendations
  • Develops logicalactions based on interpretation and analysis that improveinfrastructure reliability and contribute to business applicationsperformance

Heres what we are looking for with thisrole: Essential Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience ITinfrastructure operational support
  • Exceptionalwritten and verbal communications skills with proven experienceinteracting with wide range of personalities and styles toestablish effective relationships at all levels of theorganization.
  • Able to quickly learn systemsprocesses and procedures grasp technical concepts and adapt easilyto change. Must have a passion for learning and demonstrableintellectual curiosity.
  • Able to translateobservability and convert it into technical case based on risk andfault it represents.
  • Able to handle/organizeinterplatform/products collaborative works
  • Moderate knowledge of multiplatform of infrastructuressuch as but not limited to network routers switches load balancerssoftwaredefine networks storage and servers
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT orequivalent.
  • Experience supporting MajorIncident calls with a lot of urgency
  • Familiarity with tools and telemetries ; Zabbix Grafanaand Moogsoft
  • Experience working in high scaleenterprise infrastructure size/multinational
  • Experience as infrastructure all rounder
  • Experience with SI (service improvement) works inclusiveof RCA and problem tasks
  • Certified in networkstorage servers and virtualizations area.
