The opportunity

Are you enthusiastic about leading teams that solve sophisticated design problems?

We are seeking a design leader for the Adobe Experience Cloud team in India to drive ground-breaking products that impact hundreds of Fortune-500 companies across the globe

You’ll be an integral part of exploring and influencing capabilities powered by the next generation of Adobe Experience Cloud — Adobe’s class-leading customer experience management suite. Our design team builds intuitive and scalable products that enable digital marketers, analysts, and strategists at large companies to create magical experiences that their customers love

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

Partner with Product, Research, Engineering, and Marketing to define the key objectives and identify the most impactful features to build. Foster an environment of creativity, ingenuity, and forward-thinking to build valuable solutions for users. Lead and strengthen a team of designers to craft innovative and compelling experiences. Build a collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and set a high bar for design craft. Champion a culture of research and validation to inform design direction. Represent the team as you influence design and cross-functional leaders.

What you need to succeed

10+ years in the product design industry with experience in launching products that delight, innovate, and scale by turning complex problems into simple engaging customer experiences. 5+ years of people management and leadership experience with a track record of success in hiring, training, and developing designers ranging from junior talent to highly experienced individual contributors and/or managers. Experience helping your team conduct research, present results, and develop plans to align design decisions with user insights and business objectives. Experience working in large global teams with many moving parts. Willingness to learn about complex subject matter and champion the needs of non-relatable users. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
