This position manages MIS for theSA&D team. Extraction of data and putting them inmeaningful formatfor the utilization ofstakeholders both internal and external. Preparing reports in ExcelPowerPointVisio etc. Preparing andscheduling data downloads and running real time queries asrequired.Maintaining contractual informationin a digital format. Informing relevant stakeholders aboutthecontract renewals. Preparing reviewtables pivots graphs on the contracted data points.Ensuringtimely information is provided torelevant stakeholders on the performance of sale/flown datapointsResponsibilities andDutiesThis role requires akeen eye where the responsibilities are:Prepare reports on a daily/weekly/monthlybasis Assist the line manager by providingdata in a timely and organized mannerUtilize technology and or automate to save time. E.g. Macros inExcel Utilize various reporting methods toprepare the data for the purpose of contractnegotiationsforecasting monitoring andderiving reports for profitably managing thebusiness Create presentations forstakeholders; both internal and externalCommunicate clearly and precisely (both verbal and written) on whatexactly is expected fromthestakeholders Keepa track of all the contracts and inform the line managers onrenewals Compile regular variancereports Identify data anomalies and act uponit on a timely manner Provide reports on aneedbasis
QualificationsDegree in Commerce or Tourism 35 years ofrelevant knowledge and work experience in a commercial and/oranalytical job at anAir/Travelcompany Great track record of managingrevenue lines and achievements there of; in both B2B andB2CenvironmentsProficiency in working with MS Suite of tools like (advance) ExcelPowerPoint Visioetc.
