Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales professionals to join our Ad Monetization team. As one of the first hires in our dedicated Ad Monetization Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and partnering with top brands and companies across India who can advertise their products and services to our user base.

Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with potential B2B clients interested in advertising on our platform. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' advertising objectives and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience working with media industry or advertising agencies is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
