Overview:As anEmbedded Engineer you will play a crucial role in designingdeveloping and testing embedded systems for various electronicdevices. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensurethe seamless integration of software and hardwarecomponents.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designing andimplementing software of embedded devices andsystems
  • Debugging and troubleshooting embeddedsoftware and hardware
  • Collaborating withhardware design engineers to optimize systemperformance
  • Integrating and validating newproduct designs
  • Developing and maintainingfirmware for microcontrollers andmicroprocessors
  • Performing code reviews andensuring compliance with codingstandards
  • Creating technical documentation forreference and reporting
  • Conducting systemperformance and reliabilitytesting
  • Participating in product planning andrequirement analysis
  • Resolving technical issuesduring the development lifecycle
  • Collaboratingwith crossfunctional teams to ensure successful projectdelivery
  • Staying updated on industry trends andadvancements in embedded softwaredevelopment
  • Contributing to continuousimprovement initiatives
  • Providing technicalguidance and support to juniorstaff
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering Computer Science or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in embedded softwaredevelopment
  • Proficiency in programminglanguages such as C and C
  • Strong understandingof realtime operating systems (RTOS)
  • Handsonexperience with microcontrollers andmicroprocessors
  • Knowledge of communicationprotocols (e.g. UART SPI I2C)
  • Experience withsoftware development tools andmethodologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debugcomplex embedded systems
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strongverbal and written communication skills
  • Abilityto work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment
  • Solid understanding ofhardware/software integration
  • Experience withversion control systems (e.g. GitSVN)
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively
  • A proactive anddetailoriented approach towork
