Should have relevant technical knowledge and experience in Ready Mix Concrete Operations and Maintenance. Should have exposure of Batching plant operations and related works. Oversee all plant operations; coordinate and monitor daily workload throughout the plant; monitor plant cleanliness and utilization matrix. Should have Minimum Qualification of B.E/B.Tech . Should have relevant experience of minimum 20 to 25 years. Should have good communication skills. Should be responsible for employee supervision, overseeing machine and equipment operation, coordinating equipment repairs, developing production schedules, assigning employee work shifts, ensuring safety protocols are met, scrutinizing and adjusting production costs . Should have handled team of more than 10 people . Open to relocate and work PAN India basis as and when required by management
