RolesandResponsibilities:

CustomerHandling

  • Receivingcustomer with smile and greet him with Politeness courteousness andprofessionalism

  • Verifythe service requests made by customers & Capture VOC of thecustomer and update in thesystem

  • Conversationalskill for telephonic as well as face to facediscussion

  • Customercommunications about repairupdates

Diagnosis

  • Analyseand Diagnose the Scooter to identify number and type of repairsapplicable

  • Updatethe diagnosis report in the WMS (Getafix)

  • Performrepairs & final inspection on the vehicle if the desiredrepairs as per the customer Voice isperformed

SystemHandling

  • Trackthe Customer complaint in Zendesk and update the system on livebasis

  • OperateWorkshop Management System (Getafix) and ensure 100 %adherence

  • Updateoperational Status and ETA on timely basis in both CRM and WMSsystems

  • Checkfor scooter health in Telematics Command centre for deepdiagnosis

TechnicalRepairs

  • ServiceChampion should be fully equipped with knowledge on OLAScooter

  • Couldable to repair/replace all the parts of thescooter

  • Ensurehe/she is updated on OLA technical curricular news bulletin onEV

ProcessandOperational

  • Processadherence at Experience Centre and also ensure bays are clearlymarked forVehicle/Scooters.

  • Invoicingand PaymentCollections

  • Ensurebays are free from any foreign materials and fit forserviceability

PartsOperation

  • Auditingthe inventory and ensure system and physical inventory issame

  • PerformGRN and maintain Inventory at ExperienceCentre

  • EnsuringWarranty part reverse logistics to the Motherworkshop

SafetyandCompliance

  • WearUniform and Protective Gear while repairingscooter

  • UseProtective Gear and proper handling of Tool Kits while repairingscooter

  • Ensurefire fighting equipments are in place to ensure firehandling



Requirements
  • Onlymalecandidate.
  • Minqualification: 12thdiploma/ITI/ graduation/postgraduation
  • Minexperience: 1 year in an automobile industry in servicesector.
