Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baby Care Taker tojoin our team in Vijay Nagar Indore. The ideal candidate will havea genuine love for children a patient demeanor and a commitment toproviding nurturing care to infants andtoddlers.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provideattentive and nurturing care to babies andtoddlers.
• Engage in activities that promote thephysical cognitive emotional and social development of thechild.
• Prepare and feed nutritious meals andsnacks adhering to dietary guidelines andrestrictions.
• Maintain a clean and safeenvironment for the child including regular cleaning and sanitizingof toys and play areas.
• Implement dailyroutines and assist with nap time.
• Monitor thechilds behavior and development reporting any concerns to theparents.
• Facilitate playtime and socialinteractions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasksrelated to the childs care such as laundry and roomtidying.
• Administer first aid and medication asrequired following parental and healthcare providerinstructions.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience as a baby caretaker or in a similarrole.
• Understanding of child development stagesand childcare techniques.
• First Aid and CPRcertification or willingness to obtain.
• Abilityto interact with children in a gentle empathetic and nurturingmanner.
• Good communication skills and abilityto follow parents instructions.
• Patiencereliability and trustworthiness.
• Secondaryeducation with preference for candidates with training in earlychildhood education or relatedfields.
