Job Description

Education and Work Experience Requirements: This section is used to describe what knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily tasks· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Mandatory Skills: · Hands on experience in Native android development using kotlin (sdk 26 / android oreo onwards)· xamarin to android migration· Experience in implementing BLE connector interface· Have worked using Jetpack compose, room db· Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams· Proven software development experience and Android skills· Experience with Android SDK· Familiarity with working on remote data via REST and JSON· Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs· Understanding of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies· Solid grasp of the full mobile development life cycle· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Good to have skills: Familiarity with technology like IoT, AI etc.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.

Responsibilities: · Create user-friendly interfaces and develop applications for Android devices using the Android platform.· Work closely with other app development and technical teams to define, design, and ship new features.· Enhance functionality and user experiences by integrating external data sources and APIs into your applications.· Ensure robustness, including handling edge cases, usability, and general reliability.· Continuously work on bug fixing and improving application performance· Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.· Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
