The Job

Job Summary –

  • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Assistant Manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience to oversee our online, marketplace and B2B operations.
  • Must have a have a proven track record in e-commerce management. Will also play a key role in our New Product Development process.
  • The role involves managing imports, overseeing daily operations, and leading a lean team of executives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage the order management system (OMS) to ensure
  • smooth processing, timely fulfilment, and accurate inventory control at Warehouses, Stores and Distributors.
  • Warehouse Management: Actively coordinate with the warehouses and stores for inventory-related concerns.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Distribute, Monitor and replenish inventory at warehouses, stores and Distributors.
  • Imports Management: Handle the logistics and documentation for imports from overseas. Ensure compliance with all regulations and streamline the import process.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, customer service, and returns management.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of executives, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize MS Office and Google Sheets to analyse sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics,and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Closely coordinate with Vendors for timely deliveries


The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Ecommerce or Supply Chain within Internet, Healthcare & Lifesciences and Professional Services industry.
  • You posssess good knowledge of tax and process regulations with respect the import and export of products.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
