What success looks like in this role:
Minimum 10-12 years of Application Support experience preferably in the Air Cargo domain Manage approximately 10 FTEs and Consultants performing support functions Experience with production support and maintenance activities - focus on preventing and correcting defects Handle client escalations regarding solution support on an As-Needed basis Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and quality. Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow in their roles. Working knowledge of the Air Cargo Industry trends and business processes is preferred Working experience on high volume application support and on demand support#LI-SP2
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/relevant. The candidate should have an average of 10-12 years of L1 & L2 application support operations lead experience and exposure to product / Maintenance support. Basic understanding of software/Database concepts/application / operating system and servers. Experience in people management, handling meetings & shift in charge. Skills to communicate fluently and effectively with users and colleagues across the globe. Working exposure to Incident & problem management (ITIL). Ensure delivery of Operations functions and services are performed to the agreed SLA. The ability to prioritize workload and managing many applications/products at same time. Strong leadership and team management skills.
