Experience with Workforce Time andAttendance including Advanced Scheduling functionalityand
job execution and scheduling.
Understandand support API integration to provide Workforce data to externalapplications.
Support all Workforce AddOns
Experience with Workforce Security and Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to selfmanage key deliverables and deadlines.
Analytical organizational problem solving and followup skills withthe ability to meet deadlines.
Capable of relatingbusiness issues to the IT staff in to achieve the necessaryresolution of issues
Ability to make sound decisions andexercise good judgment.
Proficiency with the Workforceapplication including but not limited to understandingthe
Ability to write SQL and ABAP queries of simple tomedium complexity
Experience writing reports usingCrystal reports
Comfortable leading / presenting liveand remotely facilitated training; communicate succinctlyand
able to coach or mentor others
Must be ateam player with good interpersonal skills selfstarter and have theability to work
independently with minimalsupervision.
Added advantage : SAP HR experience in anIT environment and respective business area in
analyzingand implementing applications systems required. Bachelors degree ( 16 years educations Is mandatory )
Minimum of 3 years of experience in both Workforce Implementationand support
