This role requires a highly organisedselfmotivatedindividual with excellentcommunication skills and a passion for providinganexceptional customer experience. TheStudio Operations Coordinator willworkclosely with the studio team clients and HQ sales team toensuresmooth operations and businessgrowth.
Responsibilities
  • Managingthe daytoday operations of the studio includingoverseeing
  • walkin clients and providingexceptional service to customers to turn
  • theminto repeat clients.
  • Build and maintain highenergy positive team spirit strengthenbonding
  • between artists and other teamplayers.
  • Manage studio atmosphere and hygieneas per the company standards
  • keeping the Aliensvibe alive all the time.
  • Provide personalisedcustomer service to create an immersiveexperience
  • for eachcustomer.
  • Strictly adhere to studio operationalSOPs
  • Handle inbound queries of the clientsmanage appointmentsbook
  • consultations.
  • Arrangetraining sessions for the artists for their skilldevelopment.
  • Developing and implementing salesstrategies to increase studio salesby
  • following up with clients and making 30calls a day to new inquiries.
  • Preparing aroster for the team and managing artist transfers and guest spotsto ensure that the studio is fully staffed at alltimes.
  • Coordinating with the design team andclients to deliver designs on time and meeting clientexpectations.
  • Communicating with the HQ salesteam to increase sales and identifying process gaps to help the HQimprove processes.
  • Managing customer complaintsand objections in a professional and efficientmanner.
  • Providing daily weekly and monthlyreports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of thestudio s performance.
  • Accurately maintainingthe CRM and data entry to improve data health and drive datadrivendecisions for business growth.
  • Managing dailycash depositing it in the bank and updating therecords.
  • Maintaining employee accommodationprovided by the company and being responsible for keeping it cleanand free ofnuisances.
Requirement
  • Collegedegree in business management sales marketing or arelated
  • field.
  • A positivecustomerservice oriented attitude ability to work wellunder
  • pressure and handle difficult customersability to work well in a team
  • environment anda strong work ethic are key attributes for thisrole.
  • Strong communication skills both verbaland written are essential forthis
  • role.
  • Strongorganisational and timemanagement skills as well as theability
  • to multitask and prioritize effectivelyare also important.
  • Prior experience in asimilar role such as customer service salesor
  • operations management could be beneficial.Additionally experience
  • working in a retail orserviceoriented business could beuseful.
