The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take responsibility for all maintenance activities in Plant.
  • To ensure that breakdowns / repairs are attended within specified timescales.
  • Ensure that equipment maintenance, electrical inspections etc. are kept up to date in line with product / legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to prepare maintenance budget and stay within that
  • Provide monthly or periodic expenditure reports in line with the budgets.
  • To initiate and implement energy conservation measures to reduce energy costs.
  • Handle all Projects related activities and Plant modifications.
  • Prepare and implement Preventive Maintenance schedules Should have good knowledge of repairs Maintenance of Chemical plant such as reactors, pumps, compressors, distillation equipment and utilities including IBR boilers.
  • Ensure policies & procedures meet statutory and audit requirements.
  • Ensure safety management. 

The Profile

  • B.E Mechanical Engineer having min 10 yrs experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Good written & verbal Communication skills.
