This position requires a successful candidate efficiently execute multiple projects and deliverables under tight deadlines. The person needs to influence the decisions of senior leaders through logical reasoning, insightful analysis, and presentation of alternatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.

Key job responsibilities
Lead Prime Video APAC & MENA’s long-range and operating planning processes, in sync with planning cycles globally

Lead critical reporting and review mechanisms to review progress on operating plans, program manage deep-dive requirements, and delivery of plans in partnership with country teams.

Own select strategic projects (early-stage concept, cross-functional, out of plan opportunities etc.), from ideation to launch that impact the APAC & MENA International business, including evaluating new market entry, large-scale strategic partnerships with key partners etc.

Program manage critical initiatives owned by other teams that impact Prime Video APAC & MENA, through ongoing mechanisms like Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews; Critical Project Reviews; etc.

Monitor external market trends and perform ad-hoc deep dives of internal data to identify key focus areas and opportunities, manage relationships with key external industry partners.

Build business cases partnering with Finance, write business narratives for senior audiences (e.g. Press Release / Frequently Asked Questions, Critical Deal Reviews).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in business, strategy, planning, program management or MBA from a top school with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading large projects in a matrixed organization with multiple stake holders or in a high-growth environment
- Excellent writing skills, and proven ability to synthesize complex ideas into well-constructed documents
- Working knowledge of advanced Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or in-house strategy roles in large corporates (e.g. CEO’s office) is preferred
- Exposure to Technology / Media / Telecom industries is an advantage
