Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Salesman to join our team at Boomaa Consultants - India. As a Salesman, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a passion for achieving targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors in order to identify new business opportunities
