Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to guide our diverse clientele, spanning industries like hospitality, healthcare, automotive, financial services, real estate, technology, and whatever else is out there in the galaxy Your goal? Make them so successful that they shout our name from the mountaintops
Your Epic Role:
Work your magic with clients, setting critical goals, and helping them rock their digital marketing objectives. Juggle strategic and operational discussions like a circus performer on caffeine, evaluating needs and strategies with flair. Build relationships that even Shakespeare would envy – from decision-makers to operational teams, everyone loves your vibe. Be the Sherlock Holmes of customer progress, ensuring they're on the express train to success in adoption, usage, and overall happiness. Play diplomat between customers and internal Milestone teams, ensuring everyone's on the same page for intergalactic success.Skills That Make You the Chosen One:
Jedi-level communication skills – both written and verbal. Your presentations are so good they should come with a warning label. Analytical prowess to decipher digital performance metrics and present them in a way that even Yoda would be proud of. A logical mind, organization skills that rival Marie Kondo's, and time management that beats a time-traveling DeLorean.Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the hospitality industry (for those who have explored the finest in lodging, dining, and tourism). E-commerce experience (because selling in the digital galaxy is your playground). Project management expertise (because every success story needs a director). Sales or account management skills (you're basically the Jedi of persuasion). Analytical problem-solving abilities – think of it as wielding a lightsaber against challenges.The Force Is Strong With You:
A Bachelor's degree (because why not show off your academic Jedi robes?). 5-8 years of experience, preferably as a Customer Success Maestro or an account management wizard. A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Search (SEO & SEM), Content, and website optimization.
