Setup materials master (RM, PPM, SPM, Finished Goods and other materials) in ERP & SQLM including TP, Conversion cost, 3rd party cost, UOM, weight, branch plant & Shipping location, part record generation, Supply Chain form create/update, Risk classification form and questionary update as per GQP requirement, etc. Create BOM for Loan license FG in ERP. Share demand forecast for FG (PFG-Contract & Customized) to our CMO suppliers time to time. Prepare PR, PO ·(Loan License, P2P, Production order) against intercompany company PO and send for approval with all relevant information to concern authority and send approved PO copy to CMO suppliers. Raise PR & PO for RM, PPM, SPM & MRO materials and deliver to 3rd party location (CMO/ECM). Daily monitoring of production, packing, and batch readiness of this finished products at CMO location from time to time. Quality supervision and solution related to challenges and issue and inform to HOD cross functional team. Stock monitoring of RM, PM, FG, and other materials at CMO locations. MIS of daily receipt and materials and dispatch of FG. Day to day operation handing in ERP system (JDE, Coupa, Maximo, SQLM, BSM, VCD, NSR, Icertis, Rapid Response etc.) Payable account settlement GR-IR of the materials arriving at CMO location. Prepare GRN & submit all documents along with supplier invoices to Account payable/Finance team for invoice processing and suppliers’ payments. Submit quality documents like BMR, BPR, QC raw data and COA to supplier quality team for batch release note. Submit all documents like Intercompany order copy, SK order copy, FG invoice, Packing list, Data loggers’ details, pallet details, MSDS, Product permissions, COPP, BL copy and sea waybill etc. to logistic department for Custom clearance, materials dispatch (Import/Export/Domestic) & FG dispatch/sales. Day to day coordination between suppliers, CMO, and cross functional team for open issue and upcoming PR, PO. To prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports SNC management & 3rd parties’ due diligence (TPP) Coordinate with Suppliers, RA team & GAPP team for submit regulatory documents and local MOH documents (Licenses & Permission which all are relevant to business) Maintain MIS records like PR to supplier payment track, Open SNC, Batch register, Production planning, delivery planning, dispatch planning, BOM, Materials and Products Pricing, supplier master, regulatory and local MOH license, Product permission, GIT, suppliers’ ledger, GR-IR etc. Day to day interact with suppliers and cross functional team like Legal, Quality, Finance, SCM, Business, GAPP, IRA, R&D, F&D, ADL, PDO and Procurement for open point discussion and mitigate risk. If require time to time presence at CMO location for production activity and inventory audit. Submit Inventory audit CAPA. Submit approved technical Package, MFR, Specification, MOA and approved artwork PDF & CDR files, approved product registration, loan license and product permission copy to CMO suppliers. Coordinate with Suppliers, RA team & GAPP team for submitting regulatory documents and local MOH documents. Raise purchase order in prevailing ERP as per PR. Material rejection co-ordination with Supplier & Internal user. Ensure payment monitoring of vendor and ensure Compliance w.r. to Government norms like MSME Vendor etc. Always work as per the training imparted on Baxter E&C, Code of Conduct & Procurement Policies. Any other work/role/assignment which has been aligned with Functional HODs on business need basis.
