Business Operational Analyst

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and identify potential deviations.
- Collaborate with EU Monetization Leads to set up promotions and price changes in the Pricing Tool, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Take ownership of Pricing & Promotion Operations activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Support the filing of special pricing in the CRM tool, utilizing Salesforce to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
- Analyze pricing and promotion data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and regulatory changes to inform pricing decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for e-commerce landscape, with a keen interest in driving success within this domain.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to generate insightful reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- Proven track record of flawless execution and operational excellence, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality through stringent checks and controls.
- Experience in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization, enabling the extraction of actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated drive and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
- Demonstrating the ability to translate analytics insights into actionable business strategies effectively.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace businesses is advantageous, providing valuable context and insights into industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective engagement with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Monetization Team.
