We are looking for ananalytical bigpicture thinker who is driven to enhance and furtherthe mission of Tredence by delivering technology to internalbusiness and functional stakeholders. You will serve as a leader todrive the IT strategy to create value across the organization. ThisData Engineer will be empowered to lead the engagement to focus onimplementing both lowlevel innovative solutions as well as thedaytoday tactics that drive efficiency effectiveness andvalue

You will play a critical role in creatingand analyzing deliverables to provide critical content to enablefactbased decisionmaking facilitation and achievement of successfulcollaboration with the business stakeholders. You will analyzedesign and develop best practices for business changes throughtechnology solutions.

TechnicalRequirements

  • HaveImplemented and Architected solutions on the Google Cloud Platformusing the components of GCP
  • Experience withApache Beam/Google Dataflow/Apache Spark in creating endtoend datapipelines.
  • Experience in some of the following:Python Hadoop Spark SQL Big Query Big Table Cloud Storage DatastoreSpanner Cloud SQL and MachineLearning.
  • Experience programming in Java Pythonetc.
  • Expertise in at least two of thesetechnologies: Relational Databases Analytical Databases and NoSQLdatabases.
  • Certified in Google ProfessionalData Engineer/ Solution Architect is a majorAdvantage

Roles &Responsibilities

Experience

  • 68years experience in IT or professional services experience in ITdelivery or largescale IT analyticsprojects
  • Candidates must have expertise andknowledge of the Google Cloud Platform; the other cloud platformsare nice to have.
  • Expert knowledge in SQLdevelopment.
  • Expertise in building dataintegration and preparation tools using cloud technologies (likeSnaplogic Google Dataflow Cloud Dataprep Pythonetc).
  • Experience with Apache Beam/GoogleDataflow/Apache Spark in creating endtoend datapipelines.
  • Experience in some of the following:Python Hadoop Spark SQL Big Query Big Table Cloud Storage DatastoreSpanner Cloud SQL and MachineLearning.
  • Experience programming in Java Pythonetc.
  • Identify downstream implications of dataloads/migration (e.g. data quality regulatoryetc.)
  • Implement data pipelines to automate theingestion transformation and augmentation of data sources andprovide best practices for pipelineoperations.
