Work on KAM (Key Account Management)concept. Focused on the 4Ps of Marketing (Product Price Promotionand Place) Responsible for product sales activities including newproduct launches competitive data gathering VOC creation of salestools and leveraging KAPTURE funnel management and Reporting tool.SUMMARY OF POSITION Drive SS Medicals portfolio sales in theassigned region Gain Knowledge on customer organization and buyingprocess in capital equipment market to Central Govt hospitals Govt.institutes PSUs Defense state govt. hospitals Local corporation /Municipal etc Knowledge of named people within the territory (i.e.Microbiologist Biomedical Engg GeM/Tender procurement officerBiomedical waste Dept. head purchase managers Dean Medicalsuperintendent Pathology head etc. across the territory) Ability todraw up own action plan to deliver a target within an agreed timescale Ability to Value Sell i.e. probe to find real needs/wants andthen sell our SS Medicals products benefits which meet these needs.Ability to handle more than one demo at a time & desire to huntfor new prospects maintain an active pipeline Key accountmanagement & Govt segment management. Monitor the work flow ofBMW (Biomedical waste) and identify gaps to fulfill unmet needstracking competitor activities working closely with App.specialists & service teams. Define the right product &price to sell in each market working closely with sales and productmanager trying to address the customer needs and leveraging themaximum profitability and market share for the company. Cooperateto design specific bundled solutions and have the capability tochoose the correct portfolio building a clear strategy for theprice & product positioning. Identify growth opportunities inthe assigned geography guiding and attracting the support fromappropriate services resources and working closely andsynergistically with Distributors and support teams Responsible forcollecting VOC from the different Customer segments working closelywith service team and support team to ensure feature sets areprioritized and business plans are justified. Provide information& analysis of price trends of the key products within theportfolio and competitive price information
