Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to organize projects and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for projects and writing project funding proposals.

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in both project management and team management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, incorporating cost accounting principles to forecast expenses and track actual costs against budget accurately.
  3. Implement cost control measures and perform variance analysis to identify budget discrepancies and adjust strategies as necessary.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
  5. Monitor project performance, using key metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and financial status.
  7. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure products and services are delivered in line with project objectives and budgets.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout project execution.


Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree with expertise in Mechanical / Civil projects.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on budgeting, and cost accounting.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
  6. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and financial management tools.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels to interact with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
