MajorResponsibilities: Visiting salon daily asper coverage plan. Planning of educationtraining in salon to build the market.Delivering sales targets Relationshipmanagement with the existing salons/ clients and with distributorfor managing relevant claims Identificationand conversion of new accounts / clients into WellaSalons Share secondary sales reports ontimely basis Plan & execute tradeinitiatives in the territory and salon visuals beat plansetc Customer issues or objectionhandling
